Needed to train prospective trainees for driving over the road in 48 states.
Requirements:
Must be 21years or older
Must have 1 year of OTR experience
Must be able to pass physical and pass criminal history background
Must not have any DOT Violations
Must be able to train efficiently
Be patient with students and be personable
Be able to train in adverse weather conditions
Candidates need to be Non Smokers
NO pets
Need to be able start ONE WEEK AFTER ORIENTATION:
Prospective Trainers will train trainees for 28 days on/will have four days off after 28 days of training students.
